For all occupied staging projects that include rental furniture or décor, a refundable damage deposit of $400 is required. This deposit covers any damage to rental items during the staging period and will be returned within 48 hours of furniture pickup, less the cost of any repairs or replacements if damage has occurred.

Damage Deposit

Soft goods including pillows, bedding, decorative blankets, and towels are available as rental items but are intended for listing photos and showings only. Any soft goods returned with stains, odors, or damage will be considered soiled and the cost will be deducted from the damage deposit. White sheets, if applicable, are single-use and do not need to be returned.

Soft Goods

All staging quotes include a 60-day minimum rental period. A 90-day rental option is available upon request. If the staging extends beyond the agreed rental term, extensions will be billed either month-to-month or at a daily rate, depending on the project. Extension fees are calculated based on the original staging quote.

Rental Period

We offer a pay-at-close option for qualified sellers who prefer to pay after the home sells. To be eligible, sellers must have a minimum of 20% equity in the property and a FICO score of 680 or higher. Sellers who do not qualify or choose not to use this option are required to pay in two parts: first at the time of proposal approval and second on the day of installation.
