Our staging furniture and décor remain our property while they are on display in your home. We understand that accidents can happen, so if a staging item is damaged or broken during the staging period beyond normal wear and tear, the homeowner is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing that item.
For added peace of mind, we offer an optional Staging Protection Plan for 8% of your total staging investment. When this plan is selected, you will not be responsible for accidental damage to our staging items during the rental period, except in cases of intentional damage, theft, or negligence.
Staging Protection
Soft goods including pillows, bedding, decorative blankets, and towels are available as rental items but are intended for listing photos and showings only. Any soft goods returned with stains, odors, or damage will be considered soiled and the cost will be deducted from the damage deposit. White sheets, if applicable, are single-use and do not need to be returned.
Soft Goods
All staging quotes include a 60-day minimum rental period. A 90-day rental option is available upon request. If the staging extends beyond the agreed rental term, extensions will be billed either month-to-month or at a daily rate, depending on the project. Extension fees are calculated based on the original staging quote.
Rental Period
We offer a pay-at-close option for qualified sellers who prefer to pay after the home sells. To be eligible, sellers must have a minimum of 20% equity in the property and a FICO score of 680 or higher. Sellers who do not qualify or choose not to use this option are required to pay in two parts: first at the time of proposal approval and second on the day of installation.
